Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Network / System Associates, Administrators and Engineers.
- Manage IT (Network, System, Application, Data Centre Operation and Cloud Services). Provide standard procedures and controls to ships and overseas offices in maintaining IT services for respective Data Centre/Cloud Services / subscriptions.
- Plan and Design Infrastructure Network, Systems and Business meet Business requirements.
- Plan and Develop IT Security policies to prevent unauthorized access, risk and malicious attack.
- Recognizes and takes action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated procedures.
- A project leader in appointed / undertaking project(s).
- Provide Weekly/Monthly status report on work progress
- To carry out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned as member of the Crisis Management Team, as and when needed
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of enterprise IT systems and architecture patterns is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
