Responsibilities
- Work in close partnership with Global Digital Teams, APAC Digital Marketing Team and Domestic Teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in digital consumer activations/engagements.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing Team in driving integrated and result-driven digital activations & campaigns, from online to offline.
- Support development and implementation of consumer marketing communications strategy of all brands in Global Travel Retail.
- Acting as Digital Marketing Advisory (as per approved digital toolkit/guidelines), responsible for providing support to Customer Marketing team on the best use of digital tactics to achieve set objectives, in partnership with travel retailers.
- Ensure accurate and timely assets/contents upload/update for GTR Range and NPDs on The Macallan website and PIM.
- Drive the growth of e-Commerce business as per defined business objectives.
- Works with agency partners and internal stakeholders to develop and execute optimized brand pages and ecommerce pillars on Retailers’ channels, to drive defined KPIs from awareness to conversion.
- Works with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product listings are updated on retailer ecommerce sites and adhere to the respective brand guidelines
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic on websites (SEO, SEM, Display).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
