ASSISTANT MANAGER ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: ML

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate/building.
• Require to supervise the estate/building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities
• Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & license renewal.
• Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate/building.
• Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common properties.
• Preparation of meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting.
• General Administrative works.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in Facilities Management ,Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
