ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER ($5000-$6500/AWS/VB)ref: DA

$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Senior Finance Manager in all aspects relating to the accounting functions to facilitate the closing of the full set of accounts
• Assisting the Senior Finance Manager and Chief Financial Officer in all aspects of finance processes and operations in Singapore
• Preparation of financial statements and supporting notes in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as in accordance with the local reporting standards and requirements, if applicable
• Facilitating in the preparation of the Group consolidation package, quarterly financial results announcements and the annual report
• Facilitating and coordinating on internal controls and internal audit matters
• Facilitating in internal management reporting and analysis
• Initiating and implementing process improvements relating to finance and accounting functions
• Instrumental in establishing and maintaining all reporting cycles in adherence to both regulatory and group requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
