Responsibilities
- To be responsible for All deliverables required in the Agreement with Client & Ensure all contract obligation compliance.
- Assistant site manager oversees the Admin works inclusive of HR & Support team.
- To be the leader for all the Site Audit conducted by client or ISS internal and ensure all compliance.
- Ensure able to meet or exceed the Forecasted and Budgeted Contract Base Claim contribution & Above-Base (AB) monthly across each month.
- Meet Fault Response time & KPI on the monthly basis (Response time, Interim Fix & Permanent Fix) stated in the FM contract.
- To plan and monitor execution of all fix-it and Programmed Maintenance (PM) works within the framework of the allocated resources. Ensure No Delay completion of all PM works and carried out PM according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
- Constantly engaging with the client and end users to seek feedback, gaps and improvement opportunities through survey and dialogue.
- To organize the team to align with the overall client’s expectations and contractual requirements and support the operations of the hospital, especially in the front and engineering and customer supports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel and Power Point is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
