Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a fully coordinated federated model
- Assist BIM Manager to update and revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle
- Use of BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built.
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.
- Manage and prepare models, construction drawing to support the construction works.
- Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues.
- Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Structural Specifications & Requirements is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
