Responsibilities
- Executes the operational plan & strategies set by Section Manager to achieve section’s operational targets and to meet Division’s short & long term goals/targets.
- Provides technical support to assigned clients by working closely with sales engineer to resolve technical issues.
- Analyses and resolves engineering issues which are related to pump overhaul process and on-site pump operations for workshop and field service sections.
- Prepares failure analysis reports and presents root cause analysis reports to clients.
- Supports client’s tool up-time by identifying process issues from pump data log.
- Develops solutions to engineering issues or improvement projects and manages resources to ensure on-time completion.
- Implements change or new procedure to overhaul process; educates workshop technicians and engineers on the change; updates check sheets and assesses effects of change.
- Maintains and updates “E-Overhaul Report” system.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Precision Engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
