5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Senior management to align airfreight strategies with overall company objectives.
- Respond to the client in time, work closely with internal teams, build relationships, and retain existing client accounts
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Manage the shipments progress, database, and delivery clearance with transporter
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance teams’ performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients, ensuring their airfreight needs are met
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in freight forwarding industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
