$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Daily operations for Air freight
- Complete execution of AWB and facilitate lodge in of cargo to airlines
- Accurate Data update as per airlines requirements in ERP system, Labelling of cargo, Printing of AWB and all required documents, Update FWB /FHL/SSK, Sending pre alerts to agents
- Coordinate bookings of air cargo with shippers, airlines, coloaders and overseas agents
- Arrangements of cargo collection with transporters if required
- Guide and assist in the Air cargo operation at terminal if required
- Support in arranging import shipment delivery arrangements
- Timely response for all emails with accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding/ Transportation Industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
