$3600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Monitoring pre-alert documents from Origin offices or sales support
- Track and monitor flight arrivals and update customers
- Handle survey shipments with Operations & customers
- Ensure compliance with customer’s SOP
- Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, service provider
- Responsible in monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status regularly
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
