Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and administrate the training department ensuring all documents are in system
- Support relevant activities to deliver relevant and productivity training for all employees for assisting the Business Needs by providing type of training including Internal or External, WSQ, Non WSQ, OJT, Classroom etc.
- Ensure a good system of Application and administration for the training conducted.
- Work closely with skillsfuture, SkillsConnect, e2i, relevant agencies for the grant process and approval.
- File and keep proper records in softcopy/hardcopy.
- Perform general admin duties ( Scanning of the documents, Naming of the files, Verification of files, Organizing the hard copy of files)
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
