$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of patients’ insurance claims and to manage claims matters;
- Ensure timely entries of approved claim in system;
- Reconcile claim settlements with receivables and outstanding accounts payable;
- Prepare monthly reports to flag out outstanding and ambiguous matters; follow up on outstanding receivables; conduct periodic AR review;
- Prepare and ensure timely refund to patients;
- Ensure maintenance and completeness of claims records;
- Issue of sales invoice and follow up on other ad hoc AR matters;
- Keep abreast with prevailing medical insurance claim guidelines that has impact on patients’ claims and come up with measures to smoothen the claim process for patients;
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting / finance and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
