$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Handling Account Receivables and Payables, keying in receipts and payment, posting entries, and processing billing in an accounting software system
- Preparation of job sheet/service report, delivery order, and invoice for customers; purchase order, payment voucher, and cheque payment to suppliers
- Month-end closing report and bank reconciliation
- Liaise with Tax Agent and Auditor for accounting-related matters
- Prepare quarterly GST for submission
- Manage company’s Foreign Workers Medical Insurance (FWMI), Work Injury Compensation Insurance (WICI), company vehicle insurance, etc.
- Manage payroll for office staff and workers – monthly salary, CPF, SDL submissions, NS claims, workers’ savings records, etc.
- Managing petty cash and staff claim transactions
Requirements
- LCCI or Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in accounting and administrative work is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
