ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4200/AWS/VB)ref: KL

$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upkeep accounts ledger.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts processes. Implement best practices to streamline operations.
• Maintain and upkeep record for GL posting on monthly basis. Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Communicate SOAs to customer timely and Purchase entries in system; review ageing reports, credit control, compilation and submission.
• Check daily billing error extended to customer account and rectify the error on a timely basis and also applies to purchases.
• Monitor and analyze customer accounts to ensure compliance with credit terms. Liaise with business units on queries, disputes and debtors’ accounts.
• Need to control inventory and update Inventory Report monthly. Monitor and assess on monthly basis accrual adequacy.
• Work closely with internal/external parties to resolve discrepancy issues and to follow up actions when necessary.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/LCCI certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of and ability to use MS Office (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
