ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ($3000-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: FS

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Understanding and able to prepare full sets of accounts for management reviews and statutory requirement including surveys and reports.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of monthly profit & loss schedules
• Able to provide management with timely reports and suggestions for improvements
• Assist in all statutory compliance work including but not limited to GST, external audit, and other relevant requirements by authorities.
• Arrange payment and prepare the payment vouchers for suppliers’ invoices and staffs’ petty cash claims.
• Up-to-date financial data in database
• Understand the Singapore FRS115 – Revenue from Contracts with Customers
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time including but not limited to business partnering duties

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
