$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of Accounts
- Generate daily purchase credit limit report
- Perform TT payments for non-trade payments including customer refund request
- Monitor FX rates and deals regularly to facilitate payment process
- Assist in stock adjustment that initiated by other departments
- Perform period end closing activities including AP aging, stock issue reconciliation
- Maintain complete sets of documents for filing purpose that comply with government requirements
- Other ah-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Accounting standards, Tax and GST regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
