$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Updating incoming funds (cash/credit card/GIRO/cheque) into accounting software
- Invoice customers and ensure accurate and timely billing, cheque deposits, receipts and refund process
- Monitor AR Aging to ensure compliance with credit terms and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly Sales Report
- Input suppliers’ invoices into accounting software
- Process and review vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Assist in weekly cash flow planning by managing Accounts Payable Ageing
- Ensure all invoices are posted before month end closing
Requirements
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
