Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Accountant/Finance Analyst is a self-starter and works closely with the Finance team members, and outsourced service providers to ensure efficient and timely period-end closing and reporting.
- You will be supporting the accounts closure and analysis of financials for management reporting.
- You are in-charge of the full spectrum of AR, including the review of work prepared by outsourced service providers and building close working relationships with strategic customers.
- You will also be involved in supporting and collaborating with internal stakeholders in all areas pertaining to AR processes.
- You will continuously review and streamline and/or strengthen AR processes to enhance operational efficiency and corporate governance.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Your role performs and review monthly reports and AR month-end closing. And any ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
