ACCOUNTANT ($4000-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: YL

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting for multiple entities
• Supervise affiliates’ financial accounts in collaboration with local outsourced accountants
• Responsible for subsidiaries’ annual audit and compliance with all local tax regulations
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of monthly, half-year, and annual reports and other financial reporting according to Group’s deadlines
• Support GST/VAT reporting processes
• Drive work process improvements across reporting, billing, payable, funding, accounting
• Manage regular reconciliation of Acquirer Scheme Receivables / Merchant Payable / Accounts Receivable / Negative end account balances / Deferred Income etc.
• Provide regular reports on merchant end account balances etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance and above or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the Xero Accounting System and advanced Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
