$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day transactions and handle full sets of accounts
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in appropriate accounting period and records are maintained in accordance with prevailing accounting standards, and Company policies and procedures.
• Preparation of monthly accounts including financial reports and statutory audited financial statements and conversion of financial statements to XBRL format for filling with ACRA.
• Liaising with auditor, answer year-end audit quires, update trial balance with audit year end adjustment
• Variance analysis actual results compared to Budgets and forecast
• Maintain CAPEX spending and fixed asset register
• Cash Management: Bank reconciliation, treasuring control, hedging
• Oversee corporate tax and carry out the timely and accurate preparation and filing of required statutory/ tax returns with various business functions e.g. GST, ECI, Annual Returns

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA / ISCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of Hyperion and OneStream is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
