ACCOUNTANT ($2800-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: DS

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements and a full set of accounts.
• Prepare quarterly/half-yearly financial reports. Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts
• Prepare monthly analysis and review the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries Formulate, review, and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Assist in all finance-related matters.
• This includes maintaining finance records, reconciliation, and managing the administration of finance processes.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may be assigned from time to time.
• Financial management and review of Sales, Inventory and Service activities and costs Preparing financial management reports, including monthly and annual financial planning and forecasting, advising on tax Co-ordinate the work through the process between management, bank relationship manager, and external auditor
• Ensure compliance with company policies and the relevant accounting standards

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards, Tax Regulations & Companies Act.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
