Responsibilities
- Produce quality designs through sketches, 3D models, 3D rendering, technical drawings and presentation techniques to communicate design intentions and ideas that work with client’s objectives within deadlines stipulated;
- Creates designs that fits clients budget, have a clear understanding of theory to practical application and of materials used;
- Propose design solutions that not only meet client briefs, but also exceed & challenge the brief to push creative boundaries;
- Communicate clear design with ideas and creative concept that will string the entire proposal together;
- Participate and lead creative brainstorming sessions;
- Mentor and oversee junior team members;
- Work closely with the production team in ensuring the design is aligned with the client’s requirements from conceptualization to production; and
- Maintain workflow in accordance with project schedule, with a variety of tasks and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Retail Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of 3D Studio Max, AutoCad, V-Ray and Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
