Location: Central
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for sales of Spare Part, General Service, and Modification.
- To handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints on regarding modification/spare parts/ service etc.
- To work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.
- To handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.
- To be responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.
- To liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/ spec/ price issue.
- To be responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process.
- Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update.
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
