Location: West
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Support hiring managers with job descriptions creation, sourcing, CV screening, interview conduction;
- Manage and coordinate work with HR service providers (recruitment, medical insurance, employee records and leaves, etc);
- Support hiring managers with offer letters negotiation process, candidates` background check, drafting employment contracts and other employment documents;
- Managing onboarding of new joiners;
- Coordination of payroll process with outsourced organization;
- Prepare, updating, and communication of human resource policies and procedures;
- Handle of immigration and visa application process for foreign employees;
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
