CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER (TERRITORY)($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: KY

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop channel partners’ aftermarket capability in a geographic area by resolving product, performance, and process issues.
  • Resolve product process and technical issues and ensured dealers meet customer ownership experience, profitability, and growth expectations.
  • Communicates with factories on appropriate issues and solutions
  • Delivers product training, technical, and/or management training to channel partners, company employees or customers
  • Facilitates channel partner employee development by counseling them on training plans and class enrollment.
  • Administer product warranty, product support policies and/or processes and other reimbursement policies.
  • Provides marketing support to ensure product optimization via customer clinics and assisting with demonstrations and farm shows.
  • Undertake any other assigned tasks.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
