5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Site Co-ordination, handling suppliers and sub-contractors
- Ability to carry out quantity control on projects to required specifications and requirements
- Responsible for all construction site matters including safety, quality and other compliance matters
- Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned
- Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan
- Work with project manager to provide site progress updates for weekly report
- Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers
- To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in construction is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
