$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Assist architectural work for the project
- Assist to liaise with sub-contractors / suppliers and the consultants
- Assist to review shop drawings submitted by sub-contractors / suppliers prior to submission
- Co-ordinating sample submission, approval, schedule for delivery and installation of the architectural items
- Assist in mock-up for architectural trade, obtaining approval, implementation and installation
- Assist to ensure architectural works are done in accordance to the stipulated procedure, schedule and quality
- Assist the architectural team towards achieving the target score as set down by the Project Manager.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Requirements
- Degree in Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Architectural & Interior Design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
