Location: West
Responsibilities
- Prepare of Work Orders and execute smooth production planning, scheduling and timely fulfilment of work orders.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust them as needed to meet customers’ demand.
- Implement process improvement plan and meet or exceed operations objectives set up by company.
- Analyze production cycle time and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain safe work procedure (SWP) for production processes and regular maintenance processes.
- Streamline workflow and eliminate waste.
- Managing and lead small work groups.
- Evaluate employees’ performance, provide feedback and implement necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
