$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Provides order entry support. Process sample delivery request.
- Maintain and update customer backlogs
- Perform housekeeping duties. Maintains CRM customer’s database with updated information
- Handles and forwards sample requests to the respective salesperson
- Assist with all paperwork and forms. Follow up on inquiries, documentation
- Provide administration support to the sales and marketing team in all sales/marketing-related matters
- To handle and reply to customer enquiries via phone and emails on products.
- Work with the team in the implementation of events
Requirements
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft CRM, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
