Location: West
Responsibilities
- Assist the ServiceNow Lead in the administration and support of ServiceNow platform, including user management, configuration, patching and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and customize ServiceNow modules.
- Participate in the development and testing of new ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring they meet business requirements and are aligned with best practices.
- Provide support for ServiceNow related issues, escalating more complex problems to support teams as needed.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including user guides, process workflows and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and features, assist in evaluating and implementing new platform capabilities.
- Assist in the automation of IT processes through the development and deployment of ServiceNow scripts and workflows
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow administration or certifications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
