Responsibilities
- Service assigned clients’ account consisting of various government agencies
- Responsible for growing account revenue and accountable to the assigned accounts within the FY
- Continually engage and establish relationships with, stakeholders, customers and expand customers’ profile
- Understanding customers’ needs, coordinate proposals from presales and provide a concise quotation for their consideration.
- Follow up and liaise with customers in all matters relating to the projects, payment, renewal and events / training; ensure customers are satisfied with deliverables
- Coordinate Tender Briefing and lead Bid Review with Presales
- Accountable for ensuring completion and quality of tender proposal in conjunction with pre-sales teams
- Preparation of quotations for customer’s reference for opportunities (BQ/RFI/RFP/ITQ/ITT)
Requirements
- Min Diploma
- Min 2 years experience in sales account in IT industry
- Negotiation & Commercial Acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (ie; Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
