Location: West
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety induction training for all/ new staff and all contractors.
- Conduct safety toolbox briefings.
- Disseminate information on safety updates, incident sharing, and/or new initiatives.
- Conduct job hazard analysis to determine safe working practices and engineering controls.
- Assist team in the identification and/or clarification on safety-related matters and advice on hazards or control measures.
- Ensure Risk Assessment and RA register for sites are updated and reviewed annually.
- Recommend safety measures, safe work procedures, and environmental matters.
- Plan and lead safety walk to eliminate, minimize or contain safety hazards.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Workplace Safety & Health Disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Workplace Safety and Health is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
