$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts, month end closing and statutory accounts
- Prepare debit/ credit notes and posting entries to accounting system
- Check and process staff claims, suppliers’ invoices and payments
- Review timesheet submissions and prepare management fee recharges on quarterly basis
- Prepare monthly expenses schedules, fixed asset register, bank reconciliation and etc
- Treasury reporting including cash forecast
- Prepare corporate income tax, GST return and assist in Withholding Tax matters when necessary
- Prepare monthly local management and regional reports cum variance analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
