Responsibilities
- Project implementation, installations, designs and migrations for security technology and solutions.
- Install, configure and upgrade various network and system security technology and solutions (e.g. VPN, IPS/IDS, EDR, PAM, DAM, SIEM etc).
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues
- Delivery of security technology and solutions in accordance to the best practices, standards and specifications.
- Ensure the awareness, approval and success of changes made to the ICT infrastructure within estabilished configuration and policies.
- Work with project manager and team members to deliver solutions and provide technical support.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation for reference and reporting.
- Review findings from vulnerability assessment and penetration testing and recommending actions to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
