$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Perform payroll for employees
- Verify and check employees Overtime & Incentives
- Verify and check employees Attendance & Leaves
- File and update of employees record via Payroll system
- In charge of Claims such as Childcare Leave, NS, Maternity claims
- Process year end AWS payout
- Handle IR21 & IR8A Tax
- Ad-Hoc reports required by Management
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Payroll Software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
