$6500 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Communicate and work with HR Services team to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, transfers of employees and work pass applications.
- Prepare monthly headcount reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters for the front liners.
- Draft announcement of appointments/births.
- Ensure data integrity in the HR system: Work with other HR specialist on employee personal and employment data update.
- Assist to schedule employees for training programs.
- Facilitate programs and events (e.g. Employee Engagement Events and Recognition Program).
- Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure the recruitment process is within a reasonable timeframe for front liners.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
