Location: East
Responsibilities
- Liaise and conduct root cause analyses with inter-departments, suppliers, and customers on the effectiveness of corrective actions and preventive measures to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain the Equipment Calibration System (internal/external).
- Implement, maintain, and improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Support the inspection of products (visual and dimensional measurements).
- Conduct environmental testing (internal/external) when required.
- Support the qualification of new suppliers and maintain/develop the performance of existing suppliers.
- Support external/internal quality audits.
- Lead/initiate improvement projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
