Location: North
Responsibilities
- Manage Finish Goods distribution deliveries to customers in APAC.
- Support Day-to-day contact with internal stakeholders for delivery arrangements.
- Coordination on customer requests for order amendments, stock allocation, and delivery.
- Handle customer return stocks (RMA Return Material Authorization)
- Delivery performance – confirmed date, customer-requested date, improvement, etc.
- Fast response time on lead time inquiries by use of the CIC (Customer Interaction Center) tool.
- Handling of customer complaints.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
