Responsibilities
- Build a high functioning, diverse team with the capabilities to deliver analytics that ensure key business performance risk, issues, and opportunities are highlighted to management. Position Finance team to influence these areas.
- Provide continuous improvement in reporting set by automating and simplifying the reports, and optimizing the report format.
- Provide accurate and timely analysis and reports by pulling data out of various systems.
- Frame and implement with teams the annual Multi-Year Planning and budget processes, including timely rollup and presentation of the overall business plans.
- Support capex and investment analysis
- Partner with GBS team on production and maintenance of standard recurring reporting for Finance business partners to leverage
- Connect non-Financial leading indicators to pace expected financial results and direct functions to manage costs accordingly
- Provide strategic financial and operational analysis to help ALM management team to make informed decisions regarding direction of business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast and business analysis support is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
