Responsibilities
- In charge of managing the IT infrastructure including Cloud-based systems through service providers (3rd party vendor) in setting up, managing, and troubleshooting the technology systems in the organisation.
- Assist in overseeing, monitoring, maintaining and implementing IT systems to ensure the security of all intellectual data of our business entities in accordance with the company policies.
- Assist in developing governance policies, best practices, and procedures (SOP) related to IT matters.
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of IT systems and constantly explore new IT technology to improve and support IT operations.
- Able to offer technical support to end-users and troubleshoot computer problems including installation, upgrading, deployment, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Assist in managing and implementing IT project plans as and when required.
- Manage an inventory of all technology assets and periodic compilation of statistics and reports.
- Assist in managing IT daily operations cases/requests and ensure the SLA is met.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications e.g. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
