SENIOR PURCHASING EXECUTIVE ($3500-$5000/AWS/VB)ref: SA

$5K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase order to supplier and sub-contractor.
• Update purchase order balance.
• Provide forecast to supplier or sub-contractor.
• Update store on daily supplier or sub-contractor incoming parts
• Update weekly Mot schedule sharing for purchase planning.
• Check P2 & store weekly stock for purchase planning & follow up.
• Provide weekly inventory to Sales department for HP project parts.
• Follow up supplier or sub-contractor shipment; expedite schedule, delay schedule etc.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with order processing, SAP system and IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
