Responsibilities
- Create competitive system designs tailored to client business requirements.
- Guide sales staff on structuring product descriptions and technical specifications in proposals to enhance sales conversion chances.
- Post-contract, refine designs to boost profitability while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated on the latest audio-visual industry technologies and trends.
- Ensure alignment across all documents (tender, requirements, quotes, initial design) and resolve discrepancies with the Sales and Marketing team before order placements.
- Choose equipment that offers equal or superior quality at lower costs than competitors, aligning with customer needs.
- Detail designs thoroughly for clear execution by teams, including precise equipment and wiring labels.
- Accurately label Patch Panels, Receptacles, and cables in schematics and ensure custom panel designs and racking diagrams are provided to the Installation Team.
Requirements
- Min ITE in Audio Visual or Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AV Control System Programming is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
