Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day technical support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computers and network devices.
- Take charge of hardware and software installation, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, including system backups, applying the latest patches, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Provide comprehensive system administration and helpdesk/desktop support to end-users.
- Implement robust security controls to safeguard the organization’s data and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Swiftly address and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to maintain operational continuity.
- Responsively handle general IT requests from stakeholders.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met effectively.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
