$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem
- Assist Desktop Team Lead to Project Manager & perform various Desktop Related Projects including but not limited to new pc/laptop installation, Outlook migration etc
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for OS related service problems as part of problem management
- Support Windows OS, office software, and other Desktop Related Software & Hardware.
- Ensuring all work regarding are well documented
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
