Location: East
Responsibilities
- Process Purchase Order & email approved PO to vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Update GST Reconciliation summary & matching with correct invoice.
- Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Request GST Permit from logistic company /Transporter for import delivery.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
