HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER ($3500-$4500/AWS/VB)ref: KY

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Support the Management Team in providing counsel and motivation to employees around organizational practices in the areas of diversity, inclusion, Core Values and HR policies and practices
• Act as a mediator and resource for employees, providing guidance and support in resolving conflicts, addressing concerns and maintaining positive employee relations
• Provide advisory for employees seeking information on company policies and procedures
• Prepare reports on employee engagement for upper management
• Assist on the administration, documentation and tracking of new employees’ recruitment and onboarding briefings
• General administration and periodic reports relating to employee benefits, attendance, overtime records, course schedules, work pass renewals etc.
• Update HR records in HR software management system
• Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Employment Act  and Labour Law is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
