Location: East
Responsibilities
- Conduct product delivery training for distributors and customers.
- Provide diagnosis guidance and analysis of fault found to Distributor / End-user, remotely via emails and/or calls.
- Carry out field services at sites in local and overseas.
- Furnish service report and recommendation of spare parts, assisting Parts team in locating correct spare parts from parts catalogue.
- Furnish Warranty claims and Quality report to drive quality improvement on our products.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Understand Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic schematic diagram is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
