Location: North
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring detailed drawing and technical specifications of the project comply with codes and standards.
- Draft and produce interior design drawings sets for concept design, design development, tender and construction drawing stages.
- Coordinates interior design drawings with other design services including architectural, structural and M&E services.
- Conduct site survey, measurements and inspection to ensure proper implementation of the projects.
- Resolve technical construction details.
- Review and comment on shop drawings from contractors.
- Open to discussions with designers to improve drawing output.
- Stay updated with the latest software used in the drafting field.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD skills is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
