Responsibilities
- Provide advisory, guidance and strategic direction to internal stakeholders for all related credit risk matters.
- Ensure compliance with the internal credit policy & procedures.
- Approving credit for SMEs, corporate banking, and Supply Chain Financing, preferably with experience in handling building & construction, general commerce, and manufacturing.
- Developing scorecards/models of credit in SMEs of Singapore.
- Familiar with the laws and regulations in Singapore.
- Working closely with business units to achieve the business objectives within the Bank’s risk appetite.
- Implementing the credit risk management framework including ongoing identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting key credit risk exposure.
- Monitoring the performance of corporate loan portfolios to ensure they comply with the bank-wide credit risk strategies, policies, and manuals.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of credit and business analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
