$3300 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Attending to customer’s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain of stock inventory
- Preparation of weekly/ monthly report
- Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
